About Creative Wealth Designs

Tax-Deferral Strategies

Creative Wealth Designs (CWD)  has more than two decades of helping clients with tax solutions and consulting in syndicated real estate exchanges pursuant to IRC Section 1031.  Using our collective experience, relationships, and expertise, we have positioned our organization as a non-commissioned consulting and marketing organization in an effort to help clients navigate a seamless exchange process.  We can provide straight talk and useful information to those seeking information on 1031 Exchanges, Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs) and Qualified Opportunity Funds (QOFs).

The CWD team has a detailed understanding of DSTs, having worked closely with the creator of the DST structure.  Trained by top real estate and securities attorneys, we understand the nuances of securitized real estate. We have been active in the securitized real estate arena for two decades. Our employees do not receive commissions and have no financial interest in which strategy our clients choose.  Our role is to guide sellers through the process and to educate our clients.  You have important decisions to make that have lasting tax and estate consequences, it is worth engaging experts to guide you through the process.

The CWD team spends the time getting to know our clients’ needs and goals and ultimately what they are looking to accomplish.  We then suggest appropriate solutions, based on the individual needs of each client. This assures the most suitable solution for each client. It also saves time and frustration for many who would struggle were they attempting to resolve their own situations without the assistance of a seasoned consultant.

Exchanging investment real estate through a like-kind exchange or navigating capital gains tax solutions with a Qualified Opportunity Fund can be a daunting and confusing process.  Work with an experienced, independent consultant to help you make informed decisions that will maximize value for you and your unique situation.
